Personnel Committee will be meeting on Monday,
March 31, 2008, at 8:30 a.m., at the Vilas County Justice Center, 330 Court
Street, Eagle River, Wisconsin.
A
quorum of the Zoning & Planning Committee and Advertising and Economic
Development Committee may be present at
this meeting but no official business of the Zoning & Planning Committee
and Advertising and Economic Development Committee will be conducted.

Side Letter Between Vilas County and Courthouse Employees, Local 474A
regarding Safe and Stable Families and IVE Incentive Funds limited term
employee.
8.
It is anticipated that the committee will go into
closed session pursuant to Section
19.85(1)(c)(e) & (g), for the purposes of considering employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee
over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility;
to consider Local 474a reclassifications; to consider compensation for Juvenile
Intake Supervisor; for the purposes of negotiating
and/or mediating the County’s position in matters relating to collective
bargaining with the Deputy Sheriff’s Local 118; and for purposes of conferring
with legal counsel with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to
become involved.

Adjournment of
the closed session and return to open session.

consider ratifying any action taken in closed session.
